Floral Décor for Millenials

01 Nov 2020

Millennials can be defined as anyone born between 1981 and 1996, which covers people in their 20s and 30’s. In common with every generation, millenials have their own ideas about what constitutes good design, and what they find lends value to their life. What differentiates millenials from other groups such as baby boomers and generation X is that they have come of age with the Internet and social media. This means that they have been social media savvy for most of their lives.

The first really popular social media site was MySpace, which had a million active users in 2004. Facebook, Reddit and YouTube have been around for ten or more years, but new sites are gaining popularity all the time. For example TikTok was started in 2016 and by 2018 already had half a billion active users. Gorgeous rainforest-themed greenery for commercial businesses or even homes has taken London by storm. Green walls are already a big hit for interior design, as they allow people to enjoy an urban garden even if they do not have a lot of space. BloomsArt is now getting requests for green hanging ceilings, where they design and install gorgeous green plants that drape down from the ceiling, creating a jungle-like canopy overhead.
